Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to cancel your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
